The OpportunityWe’re hiring a Junior Sales Representative who is eager to learn, hungry to succeed, and ready to put in the work it takes to build a career in sales. This is not a sit-behind-the-desk job. You’ll be out in the field—meeting new people, making calls, knocking on doors, and creating opportunities. WhatYou’ll Do
- Generate new leads through cold calls, door-to-door visits, and networking.
- Build relationships with retailers, food service providers, and distributors.
- Present JQII’s premium spice products to decision-makers and buyers.
- Manage your pipeline and track progress in the CRM system.
- Hit and exceed activity targets (calls, meetings, deals closed).
- Support tastings, product demos, and trade show events.
- Learn sales techniques and grow your career with coaching and mentorship.
- 1–2 years of sales or customer-facing experience (preferred but not required if you’re eager to learn).
- Strong communication and people skills—you’re confident starting conversations with anyone.
- A resilient, self‑motivated attitude—you bounce back from rejection and keep pushing.
- Curiosity and passion for food, flavors, and spices.
- Willingness to travel locally.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for local travel.
- Basic computer skills (CRM experience a plus).
