We’re hiring a Junior Sales Representative who is eager to learn, hungry to succeed, and ready to put in the work it takes to build a career in sales. This is not a sit-behind-the-desk job. You’ll be out in the field—meeting new people, making calls, knocking on doors, and creating opportunities. • Generate new leads through cold calls, door-to-door visits, and networking.
• Build relationships with retailers, food service providers, and distributors.
• Present JQII’s premium spice products to decision-makers and buyers.
• Manage your pipeline and track progress in the CRM system.
• Hit and exceed activity targets (calls, meetings, deals closed).
• Support tastings, product demos, and trade show events.
• Learn sales techniques and grow your career with coaching and mentorship.

• 1–2 years of sales or customer-facing experience (preferred but not required if you’re eager to learn).
• Strong communication and people skills—you’re confident starting conversations with anyone.
• A resilient, self‑motivated attitude—you bounce back from rejection and keep pushing.
• Curiosity and passion for food, flavors, and spices.
• Willingness to travel locally.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for local travel.
• Basic computer skills (CRM experience a plus).
