Employees earn an average annual salary of $40,000 to $64,000 including base hourly rate plus uncapped commission. We provide paid training and a guaranteed ramp‑up rate during the first 60 days of employment.
Paid time off accrues each pay period, with a minimum of 40 hours per year in the first year and 80 hours in subsequent years. Paid sick leave complies with applicable state law.
What We’re Looking For- High school diploma or GED.
- One or more years of customer service, preferably in retail or sales.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods (November–December).
- At least 18 years of age.
- Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to lift 10 pounds.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four‑day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of the official start date. The class may include overnight travel at the company’s expense. Ongoing online and computer‑based training will be required throughout employment.
