Inside Sales​/Operations Leader

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales/Operations Leader based in Edison, NJ serving the NJ/NY area. Responsibilities for this role include managing inside sales activities, generating leads, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving overall operational efficiency. The role demands seamless communication with clients and the ability to deliver excellent customer service, as well as a proactive approach to workflow optimization and team collaboration.

• Proven expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
• Strong focus on fostering Customer Service and achieving Customer Satisfaction
• Exceptional Communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in industrial wholesale distribution is a plus

• Grow profitable sales within assigned markets and accounts
• Actively pursue sales growth by identifying new projects and customers
• Provide quotes to customers and proactively follow up on opportunities
• Develop product knowledge of insulation, FRP paneling, Heat trace
• Work with manager on goals and sales plan aligned with branch performance goals
• Provide consistent and proactive customer service from start to finish of order process
• Meet with customers to develop lasting profitable relationships
• Work with inventory in the warehouse as needed
• Perform any other duties related to day-to-day branch functions
