Business Development Manager

We opened this Business Development Manager role because Entertainment Plus's Edison ambitions outgrew the team carrying them. Put your 7 years of experience to work in a $115,000 - $173,000 role with ownership, mentorship, and room to grow.

• Frame the fiercely-supportive ROI an Edison, NJ CFO can defend internally
• Stand up a Facilitation-driven scoring model the whole team believes
• Script the webinar that fills the sales marketing top of funnel
• Negotiate pricing and close deals that meet or exceed quarterly quotas
• Position Entertainment Plus against competitors with clear, differentiated value props

• Adaptability and resilience when facing shifting requirements
• Critical thinking skills and sound, independent judgment
• Proven track record delivering results as a Business Development Manager
• Track record that proves you can fiercely-supportive ship under deadline pressure
• A portfolio that speaks louder than any line on your resume

There's a reason sales marketing leaders keep calling Entertainment Plus: this design-led Edison, NJ team simply refuses to ship anything mediocre. Around here, "I don't know yet" is a perfectly respectable sentence and often the start of something good.

We reward your Challenger Sale with $115,000 - $173,000, surround it with mentorship and benefits, and let your schedule flex around Edison.

This role is in active recruitment, with a target start date just ahead.
