Your Role:- Lead and mentor a team of outside sales representatives, providing training and development to enhance their performance and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring top-notch service and support throughout the sales process.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management.
- Have a solid background in sales management, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry.
- Possess exceptional leadership skills and a passion for mentoring others.
- Are results-oriented with a proven record of achieving sales goals and driving team performance.

YourSchedule:
Based in the New Castle, DE office Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with additional availability by phone on weeknights and Saturdays
Pay:Base salary plus commissions!
Qualifications:- Proven experience as a sales manager in the home improvement industry
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team to reach their goals.
- Must have industry experience
- Must reside in the Northern VA area
