Business Development & Client Acquisition Specialist for Staffing Agency

SNB Staffing, a division of SNB Management Group LLC, is building its client base and seeking an experienced Business Development & Client Acquisition Specialist who understands B2B sales and can help us establish relationships with employers that use staffing services.

Our immediate focus is New Jersey. We provide light industrial, general labor, clerical/administrative, temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire staffing solutions.

This engagement is focused on one primary result: developing qualified employer relationships that can become active SNB Staffing client accounts.

We are not looking for someone whose role is simply to compile lead lists. We need a business-development professional who can identify opportunities, reach decision-makers, develop relationships, communicate SNB Staffing's value, and help move qualified prospects toward staffing agreements and job orders.

• Identify New Jersey employers with temporary, temp-to-hire, direct-hire, light-industrial, general-labor, or administrative staffing needs.
• Prospect and connect with business owners, HR professionals, operations managers, warehouse managers, and other hiring decision-makers.
• Generate qualified conversations and appointments.
• Develop employer relationships and identify current or upcoming workforce needs.
• Present SNB Staffing's services professionally.
• Help advance qualified prospects toward staffing agreements and job orders.
• Maintain an organized pipeline and provide clear updates on business-development activity.
• Coordinate with SNB Staffing when a client opportunity is ready to move forward.

We are especially interested in professionals with experience in staffing sales, workforce solutions, B2B business development, client acquisition, outside sales, logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or related industries.

Existing relationships with employers, HR professionals, operations leaders, warehouses, manufacturers, distribution companies, or other businesses that regularly use staffing services are a major plus.

You should be comfortable working independently, initiating conversations with decision-makers, developing relationships, and being accountable for measurable business-development results.

This project is structured around business-development performance and client acquisition. The posted project budget is an initial estimate for Upwork purposes. Final compensation, milestones, performance incentives, and the scope of the engagement will be discussed with qualified candidates before a contract is established.

This may become a long-term engagement for the right professional. As SNB Staffing grows, strong performers may have opportunities to expand into account leadership, business development management, team leadership, or staffing operations.

U.S.

-based professionals are preferred, with preference for candidates in the Eastern Time Zone. The immediate business-development market is New Jersey.
