In-Home Sales Representative

Gold Standard Bathrooms is growing, and we are looking tohire an experienced In-Home Sales Representative immediately.

This is a high-income opportunity for a confident, motivated closer who wants to control their earnings. We providepre-qualified homeowner appointments, a proven sales process, strong marketing support, and an in-demand bathroom remodeling product.

There is no cap on what you can earn. Strong performers have the opportunity to earn $125,000+ per year.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners at scheduled in-home appointments
• Evaluate the customer’s bathroom remodeling needs
• Present customized tub, shower, and bathroom renovation solutions
• Review product options, materials, upgrades, and financing
• Prepare and present pricing during the appointment
• Build trust and confidently guide homeowners through the buying decision
• Close sales and consistently meet performance goals
• Follow our established in-home sales process
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information
• Participate in sales meetings, training, and coaching

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for atrue in-home closer — not an order taker.

The ideal candidate:

• Understands how toclose at the kitchen table
• Knows how to confidently ask for the sale and work through objections
• Does not give up at the first “no”
• Can uncover the real objection, overcome hesitation, and continue moving the conversation toward a decision
• Understandsone-call-close / same-day-close sales
• Is comfortable discussing price, financing, monthly payment options, and value
• Knows how to create urgency while maintaining professionalism and a strong customer experience
• Is confident, persistent, competitive, and motivated by results
• Can build rapport quickly and earn a homeowner’s trust
• Is comfortable being coached, following a proven sales process, and being held accountable to closing goals
• Is organized, dependable, and professional
• Is comfortable working evenings and Saturdays when appointments require it
• Has reliable transportation and is comfortable traveling throughout our service area

Previous in-home sales experience is strongly preferred.

Experience in any of the following is a must:

• Bathroom remodeling

If you’re used to simply giving an estimate and waiting for the homeowner to call you back, this is probably not the right position. We are looking for sales professionals who know how to sit at the kitchen table, overcome objections, ask for the business, and close the sale.

Compensation

• 100% commission-based position
• $125,000+ annual earning potential
• Uncapped commissions
• No income ceiling — your earnings are based on your performance
• Pre-qualified homeowner appointments provided
