Position Summary
The basic function is to assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of financial/ATM equipment, pneumatic banking systems, bank locks, mechanical systems as well as CCTV and access control systems while working under close supervision of a more senior technician or supervisor.
Essential Functions- Assist the Banking / ATM Installation Technician I with the following:
- Installation of Financial/ATM equipment and other electro‑mechanical equipment at various locations within the assigned territory
- Installation of pneumatic banking systems, various locks, and mechanical systems
- Attend training classes when offered
- Work the hours of service for start and completion of ATM service calls
- Work an “on call” schedule
- Operate outside in a safe manner and in all weather conditions
- Monitor and ensure the progress and completion of assigned tasks
- Complete and submit all required task‑related activities, productivity, and other documentation in a timely manner
- Complete other projects to manager and customer satisfaction as assigned
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, diagrams, instructions in English
- Collaborate and communicate with internal and external teams and end users in English
Education, Experience, and Eligibility Requirements
- Must present proof of ability to legally work in the United States
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to clear a drug screening in accordance with company policy and applicable law
- Must have low voltage Journeyman’s license
- Exposure to outside weather conditions, risk of electrical shock, and harsh work environments
- Stand, walk, sit, twist, use hands to handle, reach with hands and arms, push, pull, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk and hear
- Use vision abilities including close, distance, peripheral, depth, and color
- Work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions such as with ladders, scaffolding, high lift equipment, wires, ducts, crawl spaces, attics, above ceilings
- Lift, move, and hold up to approximately 50 lbs.
- Work full‑time, flexible schedule with “on‑call” availability
- Travel on short notice
- Drive a motor vehicle (day and evenings) for extended time periods

Pay and Benefits DisclosureThe budgeted pay range for this role as of November 2024 is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to tenure, previous experience, qualifications, certifications, and geographic considerations.
