• Diagnose, document, and repair engines, transmissions, and major components using company‑supplied laptops and OEM software.
• Perform troubleshooting, service, preventative maintenance, and reconditioning.
• Follow proper warranty procedures and complete required documentation.
• Attend OEM and dealer training (online and in‑person).
• Collaborate with drivers and co‑workers to get the job done right.

• 3+ years’ experience as a diesel mechanic, fleet mechanic, or heavy equipment mechanic.
• Formal training in diagnosing and repairing Class 3–7 vehicles preferred.
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to participate in continuous improvement and DTNA Elite Support initiatives.
