We are seeking an exceptionally skilled and experienced Java Full Stack Developer with AWS, React, Python, and AI capabilities to join our enterprise engineering team on a full-time onsite basis in NY/NJ, via Racedog Technologies. In this critical full-stack and AI integration role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying scalable cloud applications that integrate modern frontend frameworks, robust Java microservices, Python backends, and AI/ML models.

As a Java Full Stack Developer (AWS, React, Python & AI) in NY/NJ via Racedog Technologies, you will serve as a principal technical authority responsible for engineering end-to-end enterprise solutions. Your daily responsibilities will encompass developing high-performance Java Spring Boot microservices, building responsive React user interfaces, scripting Python data pipelines, and integrating generative AI or machine learning models. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, cloud engineers, and product teams.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable full-stack enterprise applications utilizing Java (Spring Boot), Python, and ReactJS.
• Build and maintain robust cloud-native microservices and serverless architectures hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Integrate artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) models, LLM APIs, and intelligent automation into enterprise workflows.
• Develop responsive, high-performance, and accessible user interfaces utilizing React, Type Script, and modern CSS frameworks.
• Write efficient Python scripts for data processing, backend automation, and analytics integration.
• Collaborate proactively with data scientists, cloud architects, and product managers during agile development cycles.
• Ensure rigorous code quality standards, peer code reviews, and automated unit/integration testing (JUnit, Jest, PyTest).
• Implement secure authentication, authorization, and data encryption standards across full-stack systems.
• Configure CI/CD deployment pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and infrastructure monitoring on AWS.
• Author comprehensive technical documentation, API specifications, and system integration runbooks.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 13+ years of professional software engineering experience in enterprise environments.
• Deep technical proficiency in Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate) and Python development.
• Strong practical experience building modern frontend applications with ReactJS and Type Script.
• Extensive hands-on expertise with Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud services, serverless computing, and IAM.
• Proven practical experience integrating AI/ML models, APIs, or generative AI workflows into production applications.
• Outstanding analytical problem-solving, debugging, and cross-functional communication capabilities.
• Mandatory residency/work authorization:
  Ability to operate fully onsite in NY/NJ.

• Professional certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional or AWS Certified Developer.
• Prior professional experience within financial services, algorithmic trading, or enterprise tech firms in NY/NJ.
• Familiarity with Lang Chain, vector databases, and MLOps deployment pipelines.
• Immediate availability for onsite mobilization in NY/NJ.
