Manages transportation execution across all modes within the assigned area of responsibility. Manages transportation provider relationships at the local and regional levels. Identifies opportunities for improvement through ongoing communication with transportation providers. Conducts training sessions for providers and departmental staff on policies, procedures, processes, portals, system changes, and other relevant topics. Drives performance across key metrics, including safety, on-time delivery and pickup, reroutes, compliance, and provider performance against Perfect Trip expectations, including trip acceptance, on-time pickup/departure, on-time arrival at destination, digital compliance, reroutes, and complaints.
Partners with Operations leadership to drive process improvements that reduce reroutes, missed trips, Transportation Provider complaints, and member abrasion. Uses data across multiple systems to identify root causes and take appropriate action to resolve issues within the transportation network. Makes decisions related to transportation provider relationships. Escalates issues requiring input from cross-functional teams or senior leadership. Supports safety and compliance initiatives to help maintain a safe environment for all.
Creates solutions and influences their adoption to improve the provider network and deliver a positive member experience. Identifies, develops, and improves strategies for provider performance management and training. Manages projects to ensure schedules and plans support successful execution against established milestones. Identifies and drives process improvements that enhance carrier service and technology. Serves as a subject matter expert in provider relations, providing guidance and mentorship to more junior team members.
Participates in other projects or performs other duties as assigned. Travel of up to 70% is required to meet with transportation providers, attend industry events, and visit various markets.

Bachelor’s Degree required. Five (5) plus years of experience. Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information, negotiate, and resolve conflicts. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at varying levels. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate challenges and communicate and implement effective solutions.
Customer service mindset with a commitment to providing a positive experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook. Knowledge of LSI proprietary software. Familiarity with multiple aspects of non-emergency transportation brokerage.
Salary: $69,900 - $77,000 Annual
