Picker Position

Base pay range: $19.00/hr - $22.00/hr

Summary:

The Picker will be responsible for performing various warehouse duties. This may include picking, checking, packaging, and restocking of merchandise with proper warehouse industrial equipment.

Work Hours:

Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM, 2 Saturdays a month 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Compensation: hourly, non-exempt position pays from $19.75 to $22.75 per hour, with overtime at 1.5 times base rate. New hires usually earn between $49,500 and $65,400 annually or more, depending on experience, overtime hours, and bonuses.

• Responsible for picking, packaging, checking merchandise, put-away, and loading pallets.
• Operate industrial warehouse equipment such as: order picker, reach truck, sit‑down or stand‑up forklift, electric pallet jack, and other equipment as assigned.
• Restock items and conduct inventory.
• Repackage and re‑palletize the tile product on the ground or in the racks.
• Complete daily equipment checklist prior to operating any industrial lifts.
• Perform additional duties as required and or requested.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two (2) plus years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Industrial warehouse equipment experience preferred.
• Knowledge of using a computer or tablet is a plus.
