Warehouse Associate 1st Shift

Day shift hours Monday-Friday. Weekends off.

Employment type: Full-time and direct hire with full benefits package and paid time off.

Location: 50 National Rd, Edison, NJ 08817.

Hours: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm ET Monday‑Friday.

Starting pay: $20.00 per hour.

• Picking (primarily on foot with a cart), packing, shipping/receiving, loading/unloading, checking in materials, put‑aways/stocking materials, forklift operation (sit‑down propane), palletizing, skid wrapping.
• Team and individual lifting, cleaning/general housekeeping, and other warehouse duties as needed.

• Perform all daily duties listed in the Daily Duties Summary.
• Lift and lower packages that may weigh up to 70 pounds using proper lifting techniques.
• Maintain safety and proper handling procedures in all work areas.

• High School diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of warehouse experience (receiving, picking, packing, shipping, loading/unloading trucks).
• Good communication skills.
• Some Will Call experience a plus.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Forklift experience.

• Stand for 3 to 4 hours at a time.
• Lifts up to 70 pounds.
• Withstands fluctuating temperature changes.
• Quickly learns new systems.
