• Leading and reviewing complex individual, partnership and corporate engagements
• Driving planning projects and year round advisory work for key clients
• Managing workflow through busy season and beyond with a focus on consistency and quality
• Developing and mentoring staff while fostering a positive team environment
• Building long term client relationships through practical advice and clear communication

• A CPA with strong public accounting experience
• Someone confident at review level and comfortable leading client discussions
• A professional who values stability, teamwork and long standing client relationships
• Someone who enjoys a balanced blend of compliance and advisory work
