Responsibilities of Bookkeeper & Payroll Specialist Job in OKC:
- Provide full-service bookkeeping for multiple clients across various industries.
- Generate client invoices, record customer payments, and prepare bank deposits.
- Assist with preparation of basic financial statements for internal and client use.
- Process client payroll, calculate and record payroll taxes, and prepare related reports.
- Communicate directly with clients in a professional manner regarding routine matters.
- Account reconciliations
- Payroll and payroll taxes
Qualifications of Bookkeeper & Payroll Specialist Job in OKC:
- 2+ years public Bookkeeping experience
- Advanced Excel
- Quick Books experience
