Responsibilities include leading personnel in the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures, as well as supporting administrative and management processes. The incumbent will assist the facility administrator in developing and implementing assessment methods for the facility’s patient programs. The position will also support compliance with applicable joint commission standards, odmhsas chapter 23 standards, ohca standards, and dhs licensing requirements, as well as other regulatory and organizational requirements applicable to the facility.

In addition to directly supporting the facility administrator, the incumbent will assist with other organizational needs as necessary.job type/salary:full-time positionannual salary is $99,990.00flsa status: exemptnumber of vacancies: 1minimum qualifications and experience:a bachelor’s degree and five (5) years of professional business or public administration experience, including two (2) years in a supervisory or administrative capacity; or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of professional or technical administrative experience in business or public administration for each year of the required education.note:
