The Imaging Specialist is responsible for scanning, organizing, indexing, storing, and retrieving paper and electronic documents. The role involves maintaining accurate records, checking scanned images for quality, managing files, and supporting document retention processes.
Required Qualifications:- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous administrative, clerical, or office experience.
- Basic computer skills and Microsoft Outlook.
- Good communication and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift 20-30 lb boxes.
- Must be comfortable working onsite daily.
- Previous document imaging or scanning experience.
- Document indexing, filing, and records management experience.
- Familiarity with scanning software and electronic document management systems.
