Edmond, OK (regional travel to project sites as needed)

We’re working with a growing construction company that is looking for an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on civil, commercial, and industrial projects
. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on leadership position, enjoys mentoring crews, and takes pride in driving projects forward with efficiency, safety, and quality.

• Lead and supervise foremen and heavy equipment operators.
• Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring productivity and safety at all times.
• Work closely with project managers, vendors, and clients to keep projects on track.
• Review project plans, assist with cost changes, and provide input for bids.
• Manage scheduling, time approvals, and crew performance reviews.
• Ensure all grading, layout, and staking work meets required specifications.
• Monitor material usage and equipment maintenance to avoid delays.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork on every site.

• Solid background in civil/earthwork construction supervision (
  commercial or industrial
  ).
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing multi-skilled field crews.
• Proficiency in layout, staking, and checking grades.
• Knowledge of heavy equipment operations and site safety.
• Class A CDL is a plus, but not required.
