We are seeking a Bilingual Sales Representative/Customer Service (SPANISH*) to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. AGM Tools is an expanding and ambitious company with 12 locations in the USA, including Texas (Houston, Austin, San Antonio, McAllen, Dallas), Oklahoma, Arkansas, South Florida (Pompano Beach, Orlando), and North Carolina (Raleigh, Charlotte).

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Learn the system and products, including usage and pricing
• Make daily visits to customers
• Provide information about products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Assist customers with credit issues
• Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services for training
• Meet monthly goals to earn commissions
