Parts & Front Counter Associate

Mike's Outdoor Power Equipment is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated individual to join our team as a Parts & Front Counter Associate. This position is responsible for assisting customers at the front counter, managing lawn mower and outdoor power equipment parts, answering phones, and supporting our service department.

• Assist customers in person and over the phone with parts inquiries and purchases
• Look up and order parts for lawn mowers and outdoor power equipment
• Process sales transactions and create customer invoices
• Receive, stock, and organize incoming parts inventory
• Assist service technicians with parts requests
• Maintain a clean and organized parts department
• Schedule service appointments and communicate with customers regarding repairs
• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn parts lookup systems
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Previous parts, automotive, lawn equipment, or retail experience preferred but not required
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
