- Teach/tutor math in‑center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method
- Work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
- Assess students' learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
- Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes
- Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment
- Passion for math and working with students
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn and be trained
- Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra II
- Ability to balance various ongoing tasks
- All applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency, provide work authorization, and pass a background check.
Mathnasium locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees of Mathnasium Center Licensing, LLC ("Mathnasium"). Each franchisee and center is unique and the franchisee is responsible for all employment matters in that center. If you are hired to work at a center, the franchisee will be your employer, not Mathnasium.
