• Passion for Kids:
  Non-negotiable. You must love working with children.
• Coaching Background:
  Experience with kids aged walking - 11 years old. If you ve coached a herd of cats, you re overqualified and also why did you do that?
• Communication Whiz:
  Comfortably speak to parents and guardians. Channel your inner Oprah.
• Energetic & Fun:
  Bring high energy and a clear, engaging presence to every class.
• Mentorship Magic:
  Be a mentor to other coaches, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• CPR Certified:
  Or Willingness to get it. Safety First!
