Tax Director

Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 annually, depending on experience

• Provide technical tax expertise for complex returns
• Lead quality control efforts for accurate tax filings
• Support team through training and process improvements
• Collaborate to manage workloads and improve workflows
• Stay updated with tax law changes
• Assist with onboarding and reviewing new staff
• Identify opportunities for tax planning
• Foster a collaborative team environment

• Minimum 7 years of public accounting experience
• Strong technical knowledge of tax matters
• Experience managing staff and reviewing work
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills

• Experience with Lacerte
• Experience with Quickbooks
