Job Description: As a Hair Stylist at Sharkey's, your role is crucial in delivering unforgettable and exciting haircut experiences for kids and their parents. We're seeking individuals with a positive attitude, a friendly nature, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Your duties will encompass a range of salon services, including cutting, shampooing, blow-drying, and styling.

Responsibilities:

• Prioritize customer well-being and safety by following state board of cosmetology/barbering regulations.
• Maintain high-quality service standards and stay updated on current hair cutting and styling trends.
• Take the lead in coaching and training team members to enhance their performance.
• Utilize our Point-of-Sale software system efficiently.
• Thrive in a bustling, fast-paced salon environment.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere, especially for our young clients.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current Cosmetology/Barbering license for this state.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.

Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
