We Need Your Drive and Precision
Are you a detail-oriented with a passion for learning and growth? As our ideal candidate for law clerk, you possess the desire to become a subject matter expertise in oil and gas law. Previous successful hires have excelled academically in property law and legal writing. At Oliva Gibbs, your dedication and precision will be paramount as you collaborate with attorneys who will serve as your mentors throughout the summer.
Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with all team members fostering a spirit of teamwork through honesty, hard work, and trust
- Actively pursue continuous learning opportunities.
- Support other activities and projects as assigned or dictated by business priorities.
Position Requirements
- Enrolled in a law school and an active JD candidate
- Relevant coursework relating to oil and gas
- Reside in Oklahoma City, OK or surrounding areas for the duration of the internship
- Exceptional commitment to ethical practice and client confidentiality
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Passion for embracing a growth mindset, actively pursuing avenues for professional development and skill enhancementin an entrepreneurial organization
- Strong organizational skills, proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, analyze, organize, attend to detail, and follow through
- Contract employment, working part time during the school year
