Studio Manager – Stretch Zone
We’re looking for an energetic and organized Studio Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations, drive membership growth, and lead a high‑performing team at our Oklahoma City studio.

- Your day starts by opening the studio and ensuring everything is clean, organized, and ready to welcome members.
- As members arrive, you greet them by name, check them in, and make sure each person feels comfortable and cared for.
- Throughout the day, you lead by example—coaching Sales Associates, checking the schedule, answering phones, and following up on missed appointments.
- You support the team in meeting membership sales goals by demonstrating how to communicate the value of practitioner‑assisted stretching.
- Between appointments, you track performance metrics, review KPIs, and ensure the studio is hitting daily and monthly goals. If a member has a question or concern, you’re there to resolve it with professionalism and a personal touch.
- Every day, you build a culture of excellence, accountability, and service.
- Paid experience managing 1–2 team members.
- Retail sales experience (cash handling, KPIs, P&L familiarity).
- A genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed.
- Ability to follow sales scripts in the sales process.
- Our patented equipment and practitioner‑assisted stretch method are designed to improve mobility, reduce stiffness, and increase athletic performance.
