Business Manager​/Maintenance

Overview

Currently we are looking for candidates for our Business Maintenance Manager
. The Business Maintenance Manager supports the delivery of quality services and the financial goals and objectives of the organization through effective day to day management. The Maintenance Manager will directly oversee a team of maintenance technicians that perform day to day maintenance on swimming pools. The Maintenance Manger will be a direct point of contact for all maintenance customers, this will involve phone and email conversations.

The Maintenance manager will perform job scheduling and dispatching for all maintenance technicians, and will be required to perform maintenance duties as required.

• Oversee a team of maintenance technicians and manage day-to-day pool maintenance tasks.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for maintenance customers (phone and email).
• Schedule and dispatch work for maintenance technicians; perform maintenance duties as required.
• Ensure quality control and assist with collections under the guidance of the office manager.
• Process data to ensure billing and collections accuracy; assist in posting financial activity to maintain appropriate accounts receivable.

• Education:
  
  Associate degree or higher in business administration, service industry experience, or a combination of education and work experience.
• Experience:
  
  Previous experience in management, phone communication, general accounting, accounts receivable; supervisory or assistant supervisor experience required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving history; ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• May require flexible hours and overtime. This is a salary position starting at $30,000.00 to $35,000.00.
• At least 1 year of swimming pool industry management or related experiences preferred; college degree and Certified Pool Operator License is preferred.

• Company truck provided which you keep fully stocked with tools and chemicals after initial probationary period.
• Paid vacation time following a qualifying period.
