We are seeking a dedicated, reliable mechanically inclined individual to support the Production Department of Morrison Cup Solutions. This full‑time, day shift position offers excellent benefits and a work schedule of Monday‑Thursday, 6am‑4:30pm with occasional overtime. Enjoy your weekends off!
Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Make plates, mix inks, and understand capabilities for assigned machines
- Set machines and new jobs as required
- Adhere to defined machine runtime and speed targets
- Verify quality print is as expected and matches sample
- Work in a fast‑paced dynamic environment
- Pay close attention to detail
- Work with a sense of urgency and timeliness to complete machine setups and jobs
- Verify print and cup quality is as expected and matches sample and specifications
- Responsible for tracking production and material usage of iPad
- Ability to complete minor repairs as required and complete Operator level Preventive Maintenance

Requirements
- 1 year of manufacturing/machine operations experience
- Dependable (must be at work on time)
- Must be mechanically inclined
- Must have basic knowledge of general tools and their uses
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to do simple math
- Working on Offset printers a plus
- Pallet jack and forklift experience a plus
