X–Low T Center–Her Kare is seeking an experienced mid‑level provider to serve as Center Director for our Edmond, OK location. This role combines direct patient care with clinical leadership and operational oversight in a fast‑paced, wellness‑focused environment.

Position Overview

The Center Director provides hands‑on patient care using defined, established, and peer‑reviewed protocols while overseeing daily clinical operations. This role includes evaluating and treating the root causes of hormone‑related conditions, supervising center staff, and ensuring laboratory accuracy and compliance.

Center Directors work collaboratively with a Physician Medical Director to coordinate care for patients receiving hormone replacement therapy, targeted wellness services (including weight management, sleep apnea, hypertension, and low libido), and aesthetic services (at select locations).

We are expanding our clinical offerings and remotely managed care options and are seeking fitness‑conscious, wellness‑oriented medical professionals (PA, NP, APRN, FNP) who are passionate about improving patients’ quality of life.

Compensation & Benefits
  • $160,000 annually
  • Generous RVU‑based compensation with guaranteed base (no caps)

Requirements
  • Active Oklahoma NP or PA license in good standing (unencumbered)
  • Current DEA license
  • Current OBNDD license
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice experience
  • Prior management or supervisory experience preferred
  • Experience supervising clinical support staff strongly preferred
Clinical Hours
  • Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
  • Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • One Saturday per month: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
    • Two Saturdays required during months with five weeks
Training
  • Two consecutive weeks, Monday through Friday
  • First three days conducted virtually via Microsoft Teams
  • Remaining training completed onsite at the Edmond location
