As a Server in our dining room, you will enrich lives every day by creating a friendly and inviting dining experience for Touchmark residents and guests. Your duties include greeting residents by name, taking meals orders and answering questions about the menu, serving meals and beverages, and ensuring the dining room is clean, attractive, and operating smoothly. You may also serve during special events and catered functions at our community.

• Greet residents by name and provide friendly, attentive service
• Take meal orders and answer questions about the menu
• Serve meals and beverages to residents and guests
• Maintain a clean, attractive, and smoothly operating dining room
• Assist with special events and catered functions as needed

• No experience is necessary, but you must:
• Be at least 16 years old
• Be willing to work holidays
• Be able to lift and carry trays of food and beverages, and stay on your feet for long periods of time
• Be able to read, write, and speak English
• Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors

• Thorough training to be successful
• Build versatile customer service skills
