Touchmark at Coffee Creek currently seeking the right person to join our team as a Dining Room Manager
.

As the Dining Room Manager
, you will work closely with the Dining Services Director to ensure each resident and guest's needs are being met. You will have the chance to positively impact lives by ensuring that every Touchmark resident and guest always has an exceptional dining experience. You will hire, lead, mentor, train and develop our team of dining room staff, teaching them proper dining room etiquette and steps of service, meal handling procedures, and customer service skills so that every experience in our dining room meets and exceeds the Touchmark Gold Standard.

You will also be responsible for scheduling and administrative tasks as needed.

The ideal candidate for this position will:

Responsibilities:
  • Create wait staff scheduling
  • Recommend changes to food products as necessary to enhance the dining experience and improve the company's profitability
  • Supervising the closure of the dining rooms at the end of meals
  • Help maintain appropriate payroll budgeting
  • Assist in managing kitchen and dining staff to achieve customer service and financial goals of dining department
  • Help create a positive work environment
  • Assist in coordinating front and back of house staff to create a seamless flow
  • Be responsible for training and development of new wait staff
  • Provide appropriate coaching and counseling to employees so they can perform job duties effectively
  • Support the needs of the dining department
