The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00.

• Be a Team Member:
  Collaborate with other associates to build a strong meat team; communicate with team members; and be flexible to work in other areas as needed.
• Be an Expert:
  Demonstrate knowledge of floor and backroom operations, product safety and sanitation standards, inventory management, and equipment operation and maintenance; prepare meat products according to standards; cut boneless meat; and maintain product quality standards.
• Be a Techie:
  Use digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; use handheld technology for quick business decisions related to production, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them.
• Be an Owner:
  Maintain operational excellence, keep the work area compliant with policies; ensure quality and date control; secure fragile and high-shrink merchandise; minimize waste; assist members with purchasing decisions; ensure items are properly packaged, labeled, and stored per policy.
• Be a Talent Ambassador:
  Model high-quality service and products; energize and engage with members and the club.
• Comply with company policies and ethics; apply open-door policy in business processes.
• Complete work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; prioritize, meet deadlines, and communicate progress.
