Empowered to make shopping quick and easy for guests at the checklanes, guest services, gift registry, pick-up and drive up while ensuring exceptional quality.
- Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks.
- Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs and resolve concerns.
- Inform guests about current promos, store activities and events.
- Know the tools, products, and services available in the total store and in your area to solve issues and improve the guest experience.
- Thank guests and acknowledge their choice to shop at Target.
- Explain the benefits of Target Loyalty programs and assist with application or sign-up as needed.
- Scan and bag items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with safety standards and company practices.
- Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality and accuracy.
- Explain and demonstrate features within the Target App, including Wallet, and assist with Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering enrollment and use.
- Assist with returns following policies and consult with leadership as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and manage unpurchased items and supplies.
- Stock supplies during store hours and stay available to assist guests.
- Adhere to safety policies, ethics, and compliance in all tasks.
- Support guest services such as order pick up, drive-up orders, and related duties in compliance with applicable laws (e.g., adult beverage regulations).
- Perform other duties based on business needs.
