Sales Representative

We are currently seeking an excellent outside sales representative who can develop a sales strategy and build and expand buyer relationships to achieve sales goals. You’ll be responsible for seeking out, engaging with, and presenting our solutions to new prospects and current customers. • Identify and pursue sales leads, prospective new clients and move them through the sales pipeline from qualification to close stages
• Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue expectations and meet sales and lead generating activities goals to ensure future business
• Leverage social prospecting and multiple communication channels to find, meet with, and follow-up with potential customers and deal opportunities
• Qualify prospective customers quickly by fact-finding to identify decision-makers, pain points, competition, budget, timeline, and other potential obstacles
• Show our solution to prospects with sales presentations, negotiate deals, and obtain sales contract signatures
• Meet with Prospective New Clients (PNCs) in person, by phone, and by video conference to help the PNC find clarity in their situation, educate the potential client about their options with the direction of an attorney, and help them make the best decision for their future and for the firm to achieve the PNC’s goals
• Keep detailed notes in our case management system documenting all contacts with each PNC before, during, and after consultations, including all attempts at follow-up
• Position us as the clear and obvious choice in our market through competitive analysis and product trends
• Move your sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnel

• High school diploma required and some industry or product knowledge preferred
• At least 2 years of outside sales experience preferred
• You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing to your team’s goals
• Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales
• Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills
• You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals

$40,000 - $60,000 base + bonus per year
