Position Overview
An Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact between the property management division and its clients, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for developing industry relationships and acquiring new property owners, managing client relationships, addressing their needs, and working to resolve any issues that arise. This position involves both office work and outreach to develop referral relationships.
You will also track account performance and identify opportunities for growth to enhance overall client experience.
Salary: $62,500 - $75,000 yearly
