We are looking for dedicated and skilled Water Damage Technicians to join our team and help us deliver exceptional service to our clients.

We are currently accepting applications for Water Damage Technicians who will be responsible for performing water damage restoration services. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Respond promptly to emergency water damage calls and provide professional restoration services.
• Assess the extent of water damage and develop an appropriate plan for restoration.
• Perform water extraction, drying, dehumidification, and disinfection.
• Set up and monitor drying equipment such as dehumidifiers and air movers.
• Document all aspects of the job, including moisture readings, equipment usage, and job progress.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and answer any questions.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
• Maintain and clean restoration equipment and company vehicles.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

• Previous experience in water damage restoration or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in physically demanding conditions, including lifting heavy equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Certification from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) is a plus but not mandatory.
