Salary: $18 - $20 an hour

• In this role you’ll maintain and repair aerobic and conventional septic systems for residential and commercial customers, ensuring satisfaction with excellent service.
• You’ll be equipped with a company vehicle for work hours, maintain tools and equipment, and deliver top-notch customer service while communicating with clients and the office.
• Conduct bi-annual maintenance on aerobic systems, including inspections, cleaning, and repairs to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and fix aerobic and conventional septic systems, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, and replace parts as needed.
• Keep company vehicle tools and supplies in top condition, ensuring readiness for all jobs.
• Drive to residential and commercial sites using the provided company vehicle.
• Access wastewater tanks, which may involve hand digging or operating specialized equipment.
• Log detailed, accurate notes on work orders to document services and issues.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or septic system certification is a bonus.
• Physically capable of demanding tasks like lifting heavy equipment, digging, and working outdoors.
• Able to use and read a voltmeter for electrical diagnostics.
• Confident communicator, able to explain technical details to homeowners clearly.
• Available for occasional evening/weekend work and on-call shifts.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check, drug screening, and provide a current driving record (MVR).

• Schedule:
  
  Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime (nights/weekends) and on-call shifts as needed.
• Environment:
  Exposure to moving mechanical parts, outdoor weather, and loud noise levels.
• Punctuality and regular attendance are critical for customer satisfaction.
