AboutThe Role
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Plumber / Plumbing Supervisor to perform and oversee plumbing work across service, new commercial, and new residential construction projects
.
The role will supervise apprentices and journeymen, ensure work meets plumbing codes and quality standards, assist with inspections, and review larger commercial and new-construction projects.
Main Responsibilities- Perform and supervise plumbing installation, repair, and service work.
- Oversee apprentices and journeymen and help manage field crews.
- Review plumbing work on commercial and residential new construction projects.
- Ensure work complies with applicable plumbing codes and regulations.
- Coordinate and assist with inspections when required.
- Review project plans, plumbing work, and installation quality.
- Maintain quality, safety, and productivity standards.
- Help troubleshoot field issues and provide technical guidance to crews.
- Work with management to maintain proper licensing and project compliance.
- Current Oklahoma contractor/plumbing license in good standing.
- Experience in plumbing service, new commercial construction, and new residential construction.
- Proven ability to supervise plumbing crews, apprentices, and journeymen.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and inspections.
- Clean driving record and ability to meet company background requirements.
- Willingness to work under the company's contractor license requirements.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining company quality standards.
