Physical Therapist – IRG Edmonds

Pay & Compensation
  • Base Compensation: $80,000 - $93,000 per year.
  • Enhanced Compensation:
    Up to 20% above base salary based on performance.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial evaluations to assess patient conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.
  • Administer manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and patient education.
  • Monitor and document patient progress in a timely manner, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
  • Instruct patients and families on home exercise programs and strategies to improve recovery.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinic and regulatory standards.
  • Comply with federal, state, and professional regulations.
  • Document all assessments, plans, procedures, and pertinent interactions regarding the patient’s treatment in an electronic documentation system.
  • Contribute to the efficient running of the clinic by working together as a team and assisting others when needed.
  • Keep all patient interactions confidential with the informed consent of the patient.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Preferred: 1-2 years of clinical experience in outpatient, orthopedic, or sports rehabilitation settings.
  • Knowledge and adherence to HIPAA laws and compliance regulations.
  • Demonstrated excellence in clinical processes and responsibilities.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, coordinate, and perform a broad variety of tasks and stay focused on objectives in a high‑stress environment.
Physical Demands & Working Conditions
  • Work for extended periods at a video display terminal and use a keyboard to enter and gather information.
  • Physical activity including bending, reaching, squatting, lifting, and prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
  • Required to work at the IRG clinic and be responsible for own transportation to and from the work site.
