• Minimum 18 years of age.

• Willingness to obtain home‑care worker certification within a set timeframe.
• Successful criminal background and reference check.

• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related role.
• Compassionate demeanor and strong communication skills.
