Physical and hand therapy clinic that provides personalized, one-on-one, and evidence-informed treatment plans to restore movement, strength, and independence for active people, older adults, and post-surgical patients.

• 1-on-1 patient care. We offer 1-1 treatment care utilizing 40 minute treatment sessions (not 30 minute treatment sessions). Our therapists are never double-booked.
• Cancellation blocks throughout the day are considered paid free time that therapists can utilize as documentation time, continuing education time, patient prep, or a coffee run!
• We try to support our staffs' professional growth as best as we can - if a therapist is interested in specialty training like Women's Health, Vestibular Therapy, Clinic Instructor certification, etc, we cover or split costs for those trainings in exchange for a period of continued employment.
• We are a small, family-like clinic. Personality is everything to us! We describe our clinic as a professional, easy-going and fun environment.
• We hold monthly (paid) meetings with each employee individually so that employees can speak openly about things that are going well, road blocks, and how we can better support them day-to-day. We also hold quarterly all-staff meetings so that everyone feels in the loop of day to day operations/changes.
• We offer 3% gross monthly productivity bonuses for productivity of 85% or higher.
• We offer alternative avenues of compensation in addition to an employee's base salary in the form of commission for internal wellness service referrals like Deep Tissue Laser Therapy and referrals to our Assisted Stretching, Personal Training, and Group Balance Classes.
• All appointments, cancellations, wait lists, and prior-authorizations are handled by the front office staff. Therapists are not expected to complete these tasks.
