Cynet Health in Edmonds, WA seeks a Social Worker - MSW for a 13-week contract. The position is day shift, with 8 hours per shift (08:00–16:30). Requires 2 years of acute care/med-surg experience and an active compact license.
Certifications include BLS, LMSW, MSW. Must be able to work some weekends/holidays and travel between facilities as needed. The selected candidate will perform initial evaluations, develop care plans, and coordinate discharge planning, home care, and equipment.
