Recruiter – Praetorian Power Protection LLC

Base pay range: $20.00/hr – $24.00/hr

Pretorian Power Protection, the leader in NETA testing and staff augmentation, is searching for a motivated, high‑energy Recruiter to join our team. This is an entry-to-mid-level role designed for someone eager to grow their career in the specialized world of commercial construction and data center infrastructure.

At Praetorian, you won’t just be a “resume reviewer”—you’ll be building the teams that power the modern world. You will work closely with leadership to identify and engage the technicians and project professionals who keep global digital infrastructure running.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing Support:
    Proactively identify passive candidates using Boolean searches, Linked In Recruiter, and industry‑specific job boards.
  • Interview Coordination:
    Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications to ensure a high‑touch experience from first contact to onboarding.
  • Pipeline Building:
    Assist in maintaining a steady pipeline for Staff Augmentation and project‑based staffing needs.
  • ATS Management:
    Maintain clean and accurate data within our Applicant Tracking System.
  • Screening:
    Conduct initial phone screens to qualify candidates on basic technical requirements and cultural fit.
Candidate Requirements
  • Experience:

    1–2 years in recruiting, HR coordination, or a fast‑paced administrative role.
  • Industry Interest: A genuine desire to learn the Construction, Engineering, and Mission Critical sectors.
  • Tech Savvy:
    Familiarity with Linked In Recruiter and the ability to quickly master a new ATS.
  • Communication:
    Highly comfortable on the phone; able to build rapport with field technicians and executives alike.
  • Experience in an agency or staffing firm is a major plus.
  • Location:

    Must reside in the Pacific Time Zone (PT).
