We are seeking an experienced Family Law Associate to join our fast-paced practice group and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional legal services. • Competitive Compensation:
  Annual salary of $120,000–$165,000 plus a bonus structure.

• Counsel clients on family law matters and represent them in mediations, motions, arbitrations, and trials.
• Conduct discovery, gather evidence, and prepare legal briefs and strategies for court proceedings.
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings and agreements with precision and timeliness.
• Interpret laws and rulings for clients while collaborating with colleagues on complex cases.
• Manage multiple cases efficiently in a high-volume environment while maintaining excellent client service.

• Active member of the Washington State Bar Association.
• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, including at least 2 years in family law.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to handle complex cases independently while delegating tasks effectively.
• Commitment to client service excellence and adherence to firm values.

• Familiarity with Family Soft is required; experience with Practice Master, TABS, Worldox is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to troubleshoot standard tech issues.
