Responsibilities- You are responsible for everything that happens in your restaurant. This includes cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
- Set the example and follow ALL policies and procedures 100% of the time, and expect the same from your crew.
- In charge of making schedules, ordering products, training team members and hiring.
- A profit share bonus is awarded to General Managers based on controlling costs within goals.
- At least 18 years or older
- Preferred 1 year of restaurant management experience
