Shift Manager –
McDonald's

Salary: $18.50 - $21.00 per hour.

This position is located in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald's branding. The franchisee is the sole employer, responsible for all employment matters.

Managers lead shifts, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service. As a Shift Manager, you will:

• Lead crew and other managers during the shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Plan and monitor each shift, taking action to meet company standards.
• Track performance, safety, security, and profitability.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to transfer shift knowledge.
• Support departmental goals and meet targets.
• Oversee food safety, inventory, maintenance, scheduling, and training.

• At least 18 years old and eligible for a managerial position.
• Preferred previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with flexible schedule.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
