Compensation Pay Range
$16.66 - $23.00
The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the applicable minimum wage. Additional compensation may include performance-based bonuses, premiums based on schedule, season, or work performed, and other applicable premiums.

The Parts Specialist provides high-quality service to retail and installer customers and supports store management in daily tasks.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Essential Job Functions
  • Promote all company customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, etc.)
  • Greet customers promptly and assist with merchandise selection
  • Support managers and installer service specialists as needed
  • Complete relevant company training
  • Provide excellent phone service, including parts lookup and quoting
  • Maintain cash drawer accurately and process transactions
  • Handle exchanges, returns, and customer complaints professionally
  • Assist with store image updates, stocking, and cleaning
  • Perform operational tasks like inventory counts and merchandise returns
  • Operate store equipment after training
  • Perform in-store services (install wipers, test batteries, etc.) where legal
  • Drive delivery vehicle when required and eligible
  • Perform other duties as assigned
    • Skills, Education, and Experience

    Required: Ability to match alphanumeric sequences, provide friendly customer service, multitask effectively

    Desired: Automotive parts knowledge, ASE certification, multilingual (Spanish preferred)
