This is a full-time onsite role for an Insurance Sales Professional, based in Edmonds, WA. The role involves consulting and selling tailored insurance solutions to clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, identifying customer needs, and providing exceptional customer service. The Insurance Sales Professional will evaluate policies, offer recommendations, and facilitate new account acquisitions or policy renewals. Regular communication with clients and collaboration with teammates is an integral part of this position.

• Strong expertise in Insurance Sales, Insurance Brokerage, and Insurance-related processes
• Experience delivering exceptional Customer Service in a professional environment
• Proven success in Sales and business development, with a results-driven mindset
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Proficiency with insurance software or CRM tools is a plus
• Valid insurance license is a requirement; additional certifications are advantageous
