We are thrilled to present an opportunity to join our client's team as a Personal Lines Account Manager. With a diversified portfolio encompassing personal, commercial, and employee benefit lines of insurance, our client offers an attractive compensation package including full medical, dental, vision coverage, matching 401k, vacation and PTO.
The Person al Lines Account Manager will play a key role in the flagship branch located in the PNW. The successful candidate will inherit a book of business with the responsibility for cross-selling, referral business and walk-ins.
Responsibilities:- Manage the entire renewal process for each account from A-Z excluding outbound calls for new business.
- Engage in cross-selling and up-selling, handle referrals and write new business, no cold calling or hunting.
- Negotiate with carriers, process certificates and endorsements, issue and bind policies.
- Report to office Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.
- Open and close the office as needed.
- Experience in a salaried role with quarterly bonuses based off production/sales.
- Able to meet the goal of selling 10-15 policies a month.
- At least 2 years of experience in policy review, making changes, negotiating with carriers, processing certificates and endorsements, issuing , and binding policies.
- Experience with Carriers like Mutual of Enumclaw, Progressive, Nationwide, Safeco, Cincinnati, American Modern, Grange, etc.
- Comfortable with a full-time in-office role in North Seattle.
