Sr. Accountant, Small Business
Pathfind has an immediate opening with a well-established Public Practice Firm. They are seeking a keen, collaborative experienced Sr. Accountant for their Small Business Group. The Sr. Accountant will be responsible for delivering a range of public accounting services to our small business clientele.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Advising on purposeful recommendations to clientsLeading and executing on client engagements, specifically compilations and reviews Planning Timely and accurate preparation of financial accounting for a variety of clientele
Preparation of personal and corporate tax returns
Preparation of T slips as Special projects asFirst review of compilation engagementsMaintained current clientRepresent client at networking and industry events to leverage new businessObtain a basic understanding of our clients’ businesses and learn their bestEducation & Experience
3 to 5 years of progressive professional accounting experienceUnderstanding of accounting and auditing standards and principles, tax regulations and legal documents in a financial environmentExperience leading and mentoring CPACPA designation or near completion of CPASkills & Knowledge
Business acumenProven relationship builderExceptional organizational skills and diligenceOutstanding interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent critical thinking and critical thinking skillsStrong time management and organizational skillsProficient computer skills including Microsoft SuiteWhy you should apply.

o The salary range is $75,000 to $85,000 depending upon experience.
